Currently reading: Luck in the Shadows (Lynn Flewelling)

And the book I'm most looking forward to reading next month: I'm ashamed to admit my TBR list is so huge that I have no idea what is coming up next *hides*

  5. I read eight books in February, which is my minimum goal, so I feel okay about that. Of course, I wish I read more, but what are you gonna do. The Olympics monopolized a lot of my evenings and weekend afternoons I would have otherwise happily spent reading.

My monthly list is HERE. My favorite discovery was the Lily Bard Mystery series by Charlaine Harris. I may pick up book 3 this afternoon. I'm not sure. Maybe I need a romance ....

  6. Chris - LOL! LibraryThing & GoodReads are great, aren't they?

Mandi - fingers crossed they historical romance stays good!

Christine - that's a great month of reading, especially in such a short month! The Olympics had me hooked too :) I haven't read Charlene Harris - I did try but, the first Sookie book didn't work for me *ducks*

  7. Still haven't done my month end tally. Hopefully by the end of the week! I've gone on enough about Nightrunners. Others I really enjoyed? Iron King by Julie Kagawa (YA) and The Art of Dying by Josh Lanyon and Jordan Castillo Price.

Hoping I'll get to Corambis soon. My guy says he's going to read Mirador soon, so we can then read Corambis together.

  8. I haven't read the Sookie books yet, so I can't compare... but I do really love the Lily Bard books.

  9. Hey!

I didn't realize I read so many until I was listing them :) Not all were novel sized, so I guess that helps. I read 22 books (16 were MM fiction).

My favorites were Archangel's Kiss by Nalini Singh and Blood Magic by Eileen Wilks.

  10. Renee - but it's good to go on about Nightrunners :) I have come to the conclusion though that the Doctrine of Labyrinths series is far more character-based - you get inside the characters' heads - whereas the Nightrunners' series (at least ATM) seems more setting/plot based. Ah, Josh Lanyon. I think the third Adrien English book wants to make an appearance :)

Christine - the Lily Bard books I haven't of *makes note*

Mariana - that's a great total for February! Ahh, m/m is fast becoming one of my favourite genres :) Saying that, I do have a lot of favourites *grin* I haven't read Archangel's Kiss yet - I have a pile by my bed I have to get through first :)
